It is a Mo-1913, or Rikugun Mo-Shiki 1913 Gata Renchû-ki, if you prefer the long version

According to Baeza, Japan imported 4 MF.7 (No 1 - 4) and built 27.
This one was built by Tokyo Rikugun Hôheikosho
