Re: Information concerning the loss of Feldwebel Josef Schwärzler - killed on a mission to England - 16.08.40?
Schwärzler mentioned in a Ju-88A-1 (Wnr. 4105) of II./KG 77 crash on 16.8.1940 with two other crew, also KIA. This at the Starnberger See, SW of München/Munich.
His name may be in BoB Then & Now, page 579? Don't have that particular book.
