Lennart points out the lower photo is in his book on Chinese Aviation on page 224.
This one is better quality!
It was built by the first aircraft factory in China, the workshop of the flying school at Nanyûan.
It was organized by a French mechanic named Emile Obre.
Four two-seater pusher biplanes were built apparently named Type Pan Shihchun.
