Your information has a few errors.
The aircraft was a Mustang III FB176 which had just arrived from 83GSU and this was the first operation. On the return flight at 16.30 the aircraft suffered complete engine failure at 10,000 feet but the pilot managed to make a wheels up, forced landing in the Ostend area.
The pilot was F/Sgt O H Robison serial number 1394806 is recorded on the accident card. I don't know his first names.
