Any examples of Nieuport 81 specifically with SFA numbers on the rear fuselage of which you are aware?
If Nick is seeing the numerals correctly,and I must admit it looks like 5 numbers to myself,but I don't trust my eyes,, a SFA number 1573* appears quite a bit higher than anything I've seen.
