I've been browsing myself for additional JNAF Ki-46 and Have this photo of the tail of a 141 Ku machine as well as a colour profile from the Aviation of Japan site at respectively

Additional to these the Japanese version of Wiki also has 153 and 302 Kus as operators in addtion to the users mentioned by yourself. As for whether 203 Ku used the machine,too early at this point to say I think. However, Joe Picarella author of the two magnificent volumes on the Mitsubishi Babs mentioned that he started work on the Babs as an introduction to a series on the Dinah,so here's hoping that we see something more comprehensive on JNAF Dinah's in the not too distant future.
