Another teaser

On 2nd August 1943 a certain Oberleutnant Herward claims a Russian Pe-2 at 0834 hrs. The Mikrofilm's handwriting is actually quite clear, but I think this is either a forename or double surname i.e Herward-Braunegg !

Any thoughts ?
