Hi Nick, probably yes - because this maschine is without guns - maybe is from some Bomb Group and used like liaison plane/training plane - we have more similar cases.
But my ide about the 4th FG plane:
1) The lady is in the blue circle - same style like by machines P-47D 42-8659 or P-47C 41-6183 (both 336th FS)
2) same position of this emblem like by other planes from 4th FG, if you compare is with others group
3) 334th FS have more planes named "Miss xxx" - example famous Miss Dallas 42-7876 or Miss Plainfield 42-7945
So maybe this plane is originally from the 4th FG, or I´m completelly wrong :-)
