A loss in 1938

Can someone direct me to a place, where I can find information on early losses please?
The matter concerns a Gfr. Ulrich Rehm who died an airmans death (Fliegertod) on October 15, 1938 in Dillingen.
He was born February 1, 1917, also in Dillingen.
