I thought I vaguely remembered seeing such a picture, so I scanned the most likely books and came up with the following:
- Not a photo, but the illustration on the cover of Wydawnictwo Militaria #63, by our very own Nick Beale and the late, great Ferdinando D'Amico:

- No color photos, but many good black/white photos of desert-camouflaged SG 4 aircraft in Italy from late 1943 to May 1944, in "Focke-Wulf Fw 190 Volume 2 1943-1944" by Smith and Creek. (See pages 551-568 in Chapter 18, which was written by Nick Beale.) Includes a color profile.
