I have seen getting this message from the London Gazette for the past week or so.
- You have encountered an error: Too Many Requests.
- This occurs when the number of HTTP requests exceeds the allowed number within a 5-minute period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Please try again in 5 minutes.

It makes no sense since the message will often occur on my first attempt of the day! Is anyone else having the same issue?
