Crashed on 29.11.1943 in Northsea. He later was recovered and buried in Wittmund. So probably crashed in German territory of Northsea. The report on 3.12.43 was:

"Uffz. Ehrlich startete am 29.11.43 allein zu einem Feindflug. Er hatte Befehl bei De Kooi (Holland) freie Jagd zu fliegen. E. kehrte von diesem Feindflug nicht zurück. Eine Aufschlagstelle wurde bisher noch nicht gefunden."

He was reported KIA on 20.12.43, so apparently he was recovered by that date.
