332nd FG Luftwaffe Opponents-March 31st and April 1,1945
On March 31st, the 332nd FG claimed thirteen fighters and on April 1,they claimed another twelve LW aircraft.
Who were their opponents? In a previous posting KG(J)-27 was suggested as the identity for the combat on April 1st,1945 which according to 332nd FG records,took place over Vels,Austria. The new book "Verluste der Deutschen Luftwaffe in Osterreich-September 1943-Mai 1945" has nothing on these dates.
