Re: Eagle Days: Life and Death for the Luftwaffe in the Battle of Britain
Have just finished “Eagle Days” and like Neil, I also enjoyed it. I would describe it as “A holistic and fresh look at the Luftwaffe around the time of the Battle of Britain using a variety of contemporary sources”.
I think it will sell like hot cakes and you will be seeing a lot more of Dr Taylor in the future - she is already a well known (and popular) historian in the UK and has been featured on many podcasts, history festivals and recently on the popular TV series “Who do you think you are”.
