Hy Hihotte,

Thanks for your reply; you have understand exactly the spirit of my research.
Also I have been on Google Earth but only cultivated fields as you have seen; the next holidays (in spring I hope) I will go there with a ranger (in italian "guardia forestale"). In the pics there is not landscape and also on Neil Page's web site nothing, may be on J. Prien books on JG 77.....
Near Salemi there is a little airfield for ultra-light planes but is not the same location.
