Yes it is definately a Wellington possibly a Mk10.

I have an almost identical photo in the book"Halifax & Wellingtons" by Brian J Rapier & Chaz Bower which states the airfield being Mildenhall in England and the Squadron was 149 Sqdn.in WW11.
