Sorry what is the meaning of GQM?

And also, the meaning of ‘K 7+T K’ ?

Thanks again!
GQM = General Quarter Master where losses were reported

K7+TK = Fuselage code of the aircraft. K7 suggests Aufklärungsgruppe Nacht, T is individual aircraft letter, K indicates 2. Staffel.
