The Hans Hackmarck you have is not the Hackmack I located on Google, hence my question.

Since "my" Hackmarck was against the ruling Party in Germany and was jailed for it,
I simply figured he could not be the one honored on the aircraft.

I have no idea which political colour 'your' Hackmarck had and it does not interest me either
in this aeronautical context.
