According to statistics found on the Net, about one man on 8000 reaches the age of 100 in Europe.

Given the number of pilots in the Luftwaffe in 1945, statistically a very small number may be there, but in all probability they should be among the youngest ones, maybe not having finished their training or just flying in units in the last months of the war.

But I missed that you were asking for fighter pilots. There is at least one, Hugo Broch. Statistically, to have a second one will require to have around 16000 fighters pilots surviving WWII, even including POWs, I am not sure that number could be reached.

By the way, does the association of former Luftwaffe pilots (its name evades me at the moment) still exist ? If yes, they should have a list of members...
