This afternoon's updates to my site are:
  • Axis Wings Volume 1, Sonderstaffel Einhorn: intelligence from the British investigation of the Bombentorpedo factory in Molsheim; more about the factory's owner, SS-Sturmbannführer Hans Trippel; expanded the account of I./SG 5's evolution into III./KG 200; the aftermath of Einhorn's bombing of Forlì.
  • Axis Wings Volume 2, Panthers Taking Pictures: additional Me 262 strength figures for Versuchsverband Ob.d.L (August–November 1944); the installation of Robot cameras on Me 262's of KG 51.
  • Axis Wings Volume 3, Alfred Partzsch and 1./NSGr. 4: graphic showing 1./NSGr. 4's subordination to II. Fl.Kps. (1 March 1945).
  • Geschwader Bongart: detailed strength figures for 25 May, 30 June, 31 July and 31 August 1944.
  • Kommando Schäfer: addition to the introduction.
  • Sonderstaffel Kaatsch: additions to 21, 25 and 28 August, and 24 September.
  • 6.(F)/123: additions about personnel and aircraft casualties.
  • Dillingen bridgehead: interrogation of the Wasserballon's designer and a graphic showing the bomb's operation.
  • Kommando Koch: note about Koch becoming known to the British in October 1940.
  • Markings and Camouflage: Special recognition schemes for fighters and Zerstörer, 23 September 1940.
