Regarding to the underwing cockade, I can add that a lot of small "sportsplanes", such as i.e the Caudron C600 aiglon , the Hanriot H436 or the Hanriot H183 have been mobilized by the "Armée de l'Air", at the beginning of WW2, to be used as duty and liaison planes.
Subsequently, they have been camouflaged and french cockades applied on.
The pic is certainly not of a german Go 145!!!

You are right : it is a Luciole, probably in the C-275 sub-series. More than 200 of these machines are said to have been siezd by germans in 1942, but only a very few pics emerged to this date.
