NICK: I contaged TNA/NARA at Kew. They informed me that there is a problem. I filled a File informing the problems (their protocols) and they answered back that they would try to solve out. BUT, I wasn't aware of that need to register an account there, as you informed me. Maybe this is the clue to the problem...I will have a try, Nick!
