I also like Charingbould's book. I have focused to his New Guinea books. But I have been aware Dunn's articles and his webpages and enjoyed them. And I have read Lex McAulay's earlier books Into the Dragon's Jaws. The Fifth Air Force over Rabaul, 1943 (1986) and Battle of the Bismarck Sea (1991).
