And from an article in an Arkansas newspaper of 6 July 1949: George Lenz jr., rites Thursday. Lt. George Lenz jr. Bombardier with the 15th air Force based in Italy who killed in a raid Over the Bremier pass on dec. 29, 1944 will be buried in the National cemetery at Little Rock Thursday at 2 30 In. Funeral services will be held in Little Rock follow ing the return of the body from overseas.
