quick update :
- investigation progressing well,
- crash site has been identified,
- local testimonies have been gathered (very precise and moving)
- Werner Bauch was pursued and shot down by allied aircraft, probably Mustangs, (see latest post on this topic)
- Werner Brauch bailed out and was killed.
- his Bf109 crashed in a vineyard;
