Regarding the reduction in training hours for German fighter pilots:

Regarding the reduction in training hours for German fighter pilots:

1/ Which military authorities were responsible for these restrictions? Who issued the official directives ordering these reductions?

2/ Are there any archival documents sent to the fighter pilot training schools requiring an overall reduction in training hours, and specifying exactly which types of training were to be shortened?

3/ Or, on the contrary, were the fighter training schools themselves expected to decide locally how to shorten the training of their student pilots?

Sorry—I hope my questions are clear.

Merci !
Phil.
