Re: German radar ship NIOBE in Estonian and Finnish waters 1944
The first soviet captain of this ship was captain 2nd Rank G. P. Negoda who was in command of the 3 destroyers sunk on 6 oct 1943. He was jailed released and i think he retired an Admiral.
