at this time it is painted in Medium Sea Grey , Dark Green and Mixed Grey
in the standard Day Fighter Finish pattern "A"
the MSG undersurfaces were not overpainted with Sky (18" wide band)
the yellow leading edge stripes were not added until October 30, 1941.
the second photo on page 281 shows the 12-stack exhausts.
kurlannaiskos,

thanks for the information

No I don't have the book, please check PMs

AH577 was delivered to the Squadron via Coltishall on 8th August 1941 and it was the first Airacorba to be flown by the Squadron pilots, then based at the Satellite field of Matlask with Hurricane IIb’s. (The squadron was also issued AH576 on the same day, however that was delivered to Duxford and was not flown by the Squadron until after they moved south). I’ve already done the basic profile, I’ve just got to get the markings correct.
