I have to say I'm rather amused - after converting Tony's original Word docs to Access to make the data easier to work with, someone is now asking how to convert back to Word!!! There were a couple of workable suggestions from Nick and Luc. Another possible idea - Word Mail Merge. I have used this to take data and print out as loss lists that look more like something you might see in a published source. Mail Merge can take data from different sources such as Excel or a delimited text file. If you can save the output to a doc file versus printing it - and I haven't looked to see if it can actually be done that way. You also can copy and paste Excel data into a Word doc. Looks like a table - but 72+ K records might be a daunting task....
