Re: 9 Sqn Johnnie Walker Lancasters made to carry Tallboy?

To be honest it's part of me moving to our new home and then rediscovering my books plus the fact that it's 1,5 month to our Scale Model Nationals. And a few kits emerging of late. So the answer is complex.
Kjetil Åkra has published a fantastic book on Tirpitz and that along with the last book on 617 Sqn has made me re-interested in the ops against Tirpitz. I've built quite a few FAA-models related to the topic but no Lancasters. I've got the 463 Sqn Film Lanc in the making but thought I'd do one each of the 9. and 617 Sqn Lancasters too.
It's all part of gathering info for Norway related ops which eventually ends up as models and articles in various mags at home.
(Found the book on Canadian Sqns in the Coastal Command. Very interesting reading by the by.)
Yup.
