Rights of LW PK Photos?
Who owns the rights of photos that were made by LW PK soldiers (Bildberichter)? This question means photos were shoot by official order, not private ones by LW PK soldiers.
Someone told me the rights were at the federal german republik, since it is the follower of the Reich.
An other guy told this would be the person with the negatives.
What is right?
