From what you have said, Berlin-Staaken was the "Standort" (location) of whoever they were trying to contact. It was an aerodrome but the HQ of a flying unit was not always at an aerodrome, it might be in a suitable building nearby, so the official "Standort" could be there, not where the aircraft were.
I don't know enough about Ju 88 B aircraft to answer the other part of your question. Several aircraft had the T9+FH code at different times: codes were reused as aircraft were lost and replaced. At the end of the war T9+FH was an Ar 234 B for example.
