Thank you, too, for your contributions. One reason why I enjoy this site so much is because I ask a question from here in Scotland, and then get answers and contributions back from all over the world... Germany, Italy, Poland, America, Czech Republic, to name but a few... wonderful...

Alessandro, thanks for the Arado link... yes, it was the wrong type of Arado, but what a film... ! I have never seen footage of one of the tricylce-float prototypes before, and watched in amazement as its engine cowling fell off and caught fire. It was worthwhile giving me that link, as I enjoyed it a lot. After watching it, there were also links to footage of the Focke-Wulf Ta154 and Arado Ar234, which I also watched.
