IX. Fliegerkorps was ordered to attack crossroads and supply routes around Sceaux on the south eastern outskirts of the city. The centre was to be ‘avoided at all costs’ except by KG 30, flying from Le Culot, which was to drop leaflets.
111 aircraft took part and they did hit the city, as you say.
There was a two-part article on the raid by Alain Mrchand in Air Fan, issues 81 and 82 (July and August 1985).
