http://www.wiki.luftwaffedata.co.uk/....php/Main_Page. Coincidentally both Wikis are using the same mediawiki software!
Back to your post - I do not have the book to hand but will post the publishers details later. In the mean time I'll check and see what additional information exists in the book.
When you last posted I was reading the Nichol's book and had reached the chapter about the long march.
