Re: Loss of Hptm. Hennings, 10./KG 4, 28-April-1942 over the Channel
There was an attack on York on the night of 28/29-4-42. A Beaufighter crew of 68 Sqd. chased a He 111 for 50 miles and claimed it as probaly destroyed off the Dutch coast in the early hours of the 29th.
