Classic Publications RIP?

Quote from the Ian Allan Webiste:
"Please note that 'Luftwaffe at War, Volume 1', published in January 2007, is the final title to be published under the Classic Publications imprint. Future titles, including the second volume of 'Luftwaffe at War', will be published under the Midland Publishing imprint. Any reprints of earlier titles from Classic will continue to appear under that name."
Does anyone know more about this move?
