Is it possible to get a UL 3/4 scale P-51 down here in Europe??

I am dreaming about getting a Titan Mustang some day. I do not like its twin seater layout, but I might even turn a blind eye to it.

Are there any other homebuilder versions of this fighter?

For instance, are the "Flugwerk Mustangs" ULs or regular aircraft??
