would you be so kind to give the exact name and date of birth and birthplace of Mr. Gottfried Dulias?. By exact name I hope he was born as Gottfried Dulias and that he is not known under any other name.
If, and I must emphasize IF, I will travel the next time to Berlin or Freiburg to check the records in Berlin, Freiburg, etc. I just might be willing to check his files.......
