We could set up Dulias research fund through Paypal in no time.
Full name, date and place of birth shouldn't be beyond the ability of Herr Dulias to remember, right?
If he's actually proven to be genuine, then I propose we start another fund and donate the earnings to whatever good cause that Herr Dulias sees fit.
