Serial range DZ653 - DZ661. 9 Mosquito F.Mk11. Powered by Merlin 21/22 engines. Part of a batch of 80 delivered by De havilland (Hatfield) between 31Dec42 and 22Mar43. Airborne 2324 27Apr44 from West Raynham on a Serrate patrol in support of the Main Force Friedrichshafen operation. Both are buried in a joint grave in the Heverlee War Cemetery.
