Thanks Horst - the guy either crash landed or probably had a fair amount of battle damage - and based on the area probably JG53.

BTW - you know that Flt Lt Warren Peglar had one heck of a time shaking a 109, dumping flaps, etc at low altitude only to have Schultz shoot the 109 off his tail? 11 September, 1944

Great example of why a 51 should not turn with a 109G6 at low to medium altitude and speed!
