Gentlemen, thank you for the support - fortunately wherever this joker got the copy of the database he pirated, it is so old, poorly formatted and so full of holes as to be relatively worthless compared to the current product.
What really chafes of course is that this a-hole has made money off of this, claiming it as his own work - and even having the brass to mock Frank O. and others because they couldn't find things like date.
