In Christer Bergstroem's "Barbarossa-The Air Battle" he has the 421 DBAP suffering losses of 5 Yermolayev Yer-2's.
421DBAP made 3 raids on the bridge over the Volga at Kalinin.
12:45-
Yer-2 Blue 2 (Morozov) shot down
Yer-2 (Gayvoronskiy) shot down
15:07-
Yer-2 White 4 (A.A. Balenko) shot down
Yer-2 Yellow 6 (Buzovir) shot down
Yer-2 White 8 (Tyklin) shot down
16:24-
Yer-2 Yellow 3 (Tikhonov) damaged
Yer-2 Yellow 8 (Tryapitsyna) damaged
Bergstroem believes possibly the 15:07 raid losses were the two Pe-2's (43 & 44) by 4./JG52 Oblt Johannes Steinhoff at 15:17 and 15:18 N of Kalinin. Also the Pe-2 (20) of Stab II/JG52 Oblt Carl Hartmann at 15:29.
6./JG52 shot down a DB-3 at 11:40 and 4/JG54 a SB-2 at 10:20 both to early for the 12:45 raid.

15/JG27 was stationed at Kalinin and made two claims with no times.
