Holá Sidney,
first to the Schreckensteiner, the mascot was invented by ?? from a popular comic book series in the 3rd Reich, called "The adventures of the Schreckensteiner". I have attached the cover of the starting book, see the figure on the very left.
But for the principle of Stabskompanie of JG 54 I would like to dock on to your queries.
