Bv.138 in postwar RAF service ?

Dear all,

I've a small notition about a Blohm un Voss Bv.138B-1 which was transferred to the RAF after the war and made a stop at Enkhuizen, The Netherlands, on 19th June 1945.

I've no more info that this Bv.138 wore a letter B and was renumbered as RAF serial VK895. Eventually it was scrapped in 1948.

Has perhaps anybody info about the Werknummer, Kennzeichen or unit of this Bv.138? Are there any existing photo's known of this particular Bv.138?

Thanks in advance,
Hans Nauta

P.S. Yep, I know this message should be posted at the Post WW2 forum, but considering the date of 19th June 1945 being only 6 weeks after VE-Day and the Bv.138 as wartime service aircraft I felt it would be better to post it here.
