I have no specific reports of an attack on Mourmelon at that time. In fact looking at all reports I have, the activity of the Luftwaffe was seriously reduced by the end of the day.
Still there is one option. At around 19.30 the Hawks of GC I/4 from Wez-Thuisy, after escorting Leo451 bombers that attakced the area around Dinant, intercepted a lone He111 flying back east that they shot down. This machine of 5./KG55 crashed at Attert in Belgium. It is all conjecture, but it seems that II./KG55 was occupied with the Reims area on this day, having attacked in the morning (see the previous post) and the end of the afternoon. Hopefully someone can confirm.
