Julian is on a distinguished road
Rolf Bussmann and Alfons Koster of NJG2

Hi everyone. I am currently in the final completion stages of a second aviation book in the UK county by county War Torn Skies series, this time on Cambridgeshire. In 1941 "Nachtjager" activity over this county was quite prolific with RAF Blenheims, Stirlings and Wellingtons all suffering losses as well as the bomb damage to airfields. I am looking for photographs or any possible sources that may lead to the discovery of such......of Oberfeldwebel Rolf Bussmann of 111/NJG2 and also Alfons Koster of 1/NJG2 both being pilots accredited with "kills" over Cambridgeshire. I would be delighted to hear from anyone who could possibly help me or anyone who has aviation photographs related to Cambridgeshire........particularly Luftwaffe crashes. If anyone would like to contact me outside the forum please do so on j.evenhart@ntlworld.com.
Cheers all....Julian
