Hi Gordon

Nice to see you on the forum! Thanks for the reply. However, my version of Obermaier states that on 21 December 1943 he was wounded when his Fw 190 A-6 "Black 8" (W.Nr. 530 733) overturned on landing at St Omer-Arques so I was wondering if the fighter that he was flying on 24 October 1943 was different. Aside of the number it appears it was the same machine which is interesting. Gordon, do you have anything in Caldwell's book about Hauptmann Fülbert Zink of 2./JG 26 being shot down or wounded south of Shvinochowo on 5 March 1943? Take care and thanks.

Horrido!

Leo
