227 Sqn Lancaster RA546 9J-J loss 14-15 March 1945
Hi

I'm looking for any information in to the cause of the loss of this aircraft during a 5 Group attack on the Wintershall Synthetic oil plant on the night of 14-15 March 1945. I have the details from Bomber Command Losses Vol 6 and the fact that it was the aircraft's first operation with the Sqn.
Any more information would be gratefully received.
